Terms of Service for MealFlow

Effective date: January 30, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MealFlow mobile application (the “App”) and related services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent manner
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law

User content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App (such as meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists). You grant MealFlow a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your content for the purpose of operating the App.

Payments and subscriptions

The App does not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Intellectual property

The App and its content (excluding your user content) are owned by MealFlow or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party services

The App may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MealFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date and, when appropriate, provide notice within the App.
